The bloke who served us Karl was very informative and very helpful. We were asked if we needed any help to which we said no and were left to wonder the store and try out different mattresses. When we were ready for help Karl was there and helped us and explained everything thoroughly. Didn't feel pressured or rushed at all. Thank you Karl!

Very helpful staff offered us drinks and kept checking back to answer any questions we had. Helped up find a bed within our price range and offered advice on the quality and durability of the mattresses. Some of the products seemed very expensive although there were also much more affordable options. Store seemed very clean and inviting. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Professional knowledge shared by Karl made it easy for me to pick a bed suitable for my back problems. Took his time, didn't feel pressurised into buying. All in all a good experience with a positive outcome.

When we entered the store we were greeted by Tom, who left us browsing for a while before offering help. This is just how I like to shop. He pointed out the perfect bed for us but we were confused about the mattress choice. Tom was very knowledgeable and recommended several, taking our budget and back problems into consideration and explaining the differences between the various types. We really felt that Tom had a good understanding of our requirements without in any way being pushy

I had visited the store on a number of occasions to view the product I have now bought. Each visit Tom the sales assistant had provided consistently high customer service. At the previous visits I wasn't in a position to order the bed as our barn conversion was not ready. Today we were ready to purchase a bed and find the right mattress to suit both me and my husband. Tom recommended the in store Facilty that diagnoses your mattress needs. From this we feel we have selected the most suitable mattress for us with Toms help, he is very knowledgable about the products in store, he was not over bearing, but available when we had questions. we very much appreciated the help and advice given and feel that we have selected the best product for us through the customer service provided
