Fabulous service from a member of the dreams team. Listened to our requirements and took our budget seriously

Advisor took plenty of time to understand both my wife and my own needs as we were unsure as to which sort of mattress we would need to ensure maximum comfort. We were greeted in a casual manner upon entering the store; this made us feel welcome without being pressured with any questions straight away. Despite taking well over over an hour to try out several mattresses; some more than once, the advisor maintained his patience and was more than happy to assist in whatever way possible and have a laugh with us at the time time! Order was processed quickly and he went through all t's & c's to ensure we understood how the order would work with no confusion. Would definitely recommend.

I am highly satisfied as I explained to the lady what I wanted and what I had to spend she checked the floor, and her storages along with what was on the system I had more than 1 option available to me. And I was given time to lay on the mattress to make sure it was comfortable.

I have always brought beds from dreams the friendly staff and quality of the goods are outstanding. We were offered drinks as soon as we walked in and told about deals and offers then left alone to view the beds. All our questions were answered and very pleased with how our sale went through.

Katie understood my needs at once and offered me a good choice of beds to suit my needs. She was infinitely patient and very knowledgeable about the qualities of each individual bed, and guided me through the options with ease. I am 81 years old and she understood what I wanted at my age.
