Lovely knowledgeable staff, very polite and patient.

all the colleagues were very helpful on our arrival. We have returned to purchase a 2nd bed after great service from Harvey a couple of weeks ago. They listened to what we needed and gave us advice.

The service we were given was exceptional and the person who dealt with us was very informative. the actual experience on the interactive bed was brilliant, the mattress we chose was on the list but not top but we felt that it suited our needs.

Leanne the store manager I believe was very friendly approachable and knowledgeable and definitely knew what she was doing. She took us through everything that we needed to know and went through the mattress test procedure which I had never seen before giving us the breakdown of what mattress would suit us best. After testing a number of the mattresses we finally decided on the one that we wanted. We was offered tea or coffee aswell but at this tine we declined as we hadn't had any lunch so we mentioned that we woukd go away and return once we had had our lunch which we did and whilst in the store we also decided to take advantage of the extra 10% offer by also purchasing x2 pillows which end up almost being buy one get one free. The whole process was actually very easy stressful and enjoyable which I cannot say about previous experiences in other establishments. Leanne is definitely a credit to your company and the reason that we are glad we choose you and your store to purchase our new mattress. We will be returning again when my daughter decides on her new bed.

Karl was very helpful and knowledgeable. We used the sleep match technology to help us find the right mattress. Karl answered our questions but wasn’t pushy and we found the right mattress for us.
