We were looked after by tom he was a young lad but new is stuff we are very old and he looked after us well making sure we were sure we got wat we wanted very very helpful x

The service we received from the store manager was excellent. Friendly, professional and not at all pushy. She understood the product and provided clear and concise advice.

We were sown all types of mattresses that would be available with the bed we chose, it was explained about the products, Karl had time for us and works out prices for whatever we asked for. Very pleased

We went to the Burton store and was served by Tom. He was very helpful, left us alone if we didn't want help at the time and just were looking round which I like. He was always thrre if we had a quick question. He processed everything quickly when we placed our order.

The member of staff was very knowledgeable about the product I wished to purchase. I was given the time to consider my purchase.The store layout was bright and spacious. While browsing online I found Dreams to be the only company to offer recycling. To be able to call in to a local store to view the quality of the products prior to purchase was a priority and the recycling facility.

A sales person was on hand as we really needed help. We did know we wanted a more natural mattress but did not have a clue which ones to start with. Initially the nice sales lady put us on computer bed that tells you the type of bed you really require. Then narrowed it down to which of these mattresses are natural and which were in our price range. We had it narrowed down to 3 excellent choices and this helped so much as you can just keep bouncing from one to another and get confused. The delivery date was 3 days from order, which was excellent. and the sales lady was not pushy and had good mattress knowledge.

We didn’t feel pressurised by staff they gave us the help we needed. Staff were flexible and helped us to meet budget. The staff were great with our children. We came away feeling money was well spent.
