Our sales assistant Josephine was extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly from the minute we walked into the store. She helped us narrow down the choices and we found the perfect mattress for us.

Karl was available when we asked for support. He was warm and friendly and we got his full attention. He had very good product knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. He didn't try to influence our choice, but gave us an unbiased view on the products available

We were attended to by Thomas at your Burton on Trent store. No one could have been more helpful without finding the necessity to be “pushy” which can be very off putting. He was a very personable young man who not only knew his products like the back of his hands but provided us with all the necessary answers to the questions we occasionally “fired” at him. Considering that he has only been with Dreams for three years he possesses the knowledge and salesperson and techniques of someone of much older years. He will and should go far. Well done Thomas and Dreams.

We walked into dreams absolutely clueless as to what we were actually looking for to suit our needs. After only purchasing a new mattress 10 months ago from dreams, we just couldn't get on with it and were unsure which one to try out next. Our assistant , Thomas, then showed us the machine in which you lay down on the bed and the computer adjusts to your sleeping position and give an indication of which mattress is recommended for you. Thomas then taken his time and excellent knowledge of the products and helped us find the right one. He wasn't at all pushy for a sale or using any tactics to lure you in , he kept us feeling comfortable, which for me is brilliant. As soon as someone starts being pushy or using sales talk then it's a no from me and I walk away.

As we walked into the Burton store, we were greeted by a friendly assistant. On request she introduced us to the sleep station which was clearly explained to us. She then facilitated our testing of the mattresses diagnosed as being suitable for our use. Jo described the materials used in the manufacture of the mattress clearly and she was able to make our choice quite easy.
