i needed two single headboards and got just what i needed. The assistant was very helpful.

The lady who helped us was extremely friendly, she got us to lie on the sleep match machine to determine which mattresses were best suited to our bodies and needs. She then showed us all of the mattresses on the list in order from where the machine was situated on the floor of the shop. It was only after we had tried all of them that she asked for our opinions on the mattresses we had tried. Fortunately we both agreed on the same mattress. She then took our order and explained everything to us and agreed a delivery date which suited us. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful throughout out visit to the store. Her name was Leanne and I would certainly recommend her to friends and family who are considering using the same shop.

The assistant Tom was very helpful not pushy talked us thru the sleepmatch machine and explained the results. we were offered tea and coffee while we were looking at the beds. we were very pleased with the prices and delivery time.

The staff were very friendly with everything. Helping me understand what I needed and happy to quote up multiple products. They took their time to understand me. And also had very good product knowledge.

I have been saying for over a year I need a new bed Talk talk that’s all I have been doing so today I was meeting a friend for lunch and I passed the dreams store and thought I need a new bed so I said to my friend if we have time will you come with me and LOOK at beds So we did The man Karl helped us And TBH I can be a pain in the bottom sometimes hard work and that’s me saying it about myself Well I didn’t understand what all the beds / mattress meant So Karl kindly showed us all the mattress samples and the beds So I laid down on the first one which was the demo firm which I really like I didn’t roll round the bed Then Karl put me to lay on this bed that showed me a video of all the pressure points asked me question And the special bed gave a read out that I needed a firm bed Karl showed us all the bed I tried them all !! Rolled round

Staff were always available, though the store was empty.

Josephine was very helpful. Understood our requirements, advised and recommended the best option for our needs. Made us a coffee too.

Tom, our salesman was excellent, knowledgeable and articulate . You sell super king size beds, but could we have pillows and pillowcases to match please.

Extremely helpful and friendly and after my visit, when I needed to change the delivery date, they were able to help with this over the phone without me needing to go back to the store.
