The bloke was really helpful and kind he took his time and he read thru the details slowly twice so i could understand.. he made me a cup of tea and mum a cup of coffee. He was really helpful..

Excellent customer service from Karl at Burton on trent, impressive product knowledge and provided several options for me. Karl didn't place any unwanted pressure on selling me anything and made me feel comfortable in making my choice in my own time.
