my experience today was excellent, the store assistant was very polite, professional and very helpful. i was given the opportunity to use the sleep mach to establish the type of mattress suitable, i was offered a complimentary hot drink, and pleased to say it was the best coffee i have had in a long time. i was not rushed to make my choice, and was given plenty of time, Leanne, made me feel a very valued customer and was very patient. Leanne was very clear in explaining the product and the policy of the dreams sleep comfort, and the returns policy. Leanne answered all my questions to a very satisfactory standard, her customer service skills were absolutely excellent, i could not expect any better customer service. I believe that Dreams should be very proud to have an employee like Leanne, that has expertise in both customer service and product knowledge. I am please to say, that i need a bed and mattress for my son, and a mattress for myself, and can assure that i will be returning to the Burton store at some point again this year to purchase more products, and hope i will receive the same experience as today.
