Dreams - Burton

We had been into the Burton branch a couple of weeks ago to "browse" as we weren't too sure what we were looking for. We were given wonderful help & assistance by Jo there was no pressure only wonderful advise, assistance, complete understanding on our needs and space which was perfect as we are not keen on "pushy" sales people, we were offered drinks and given the run of the shop to help us to try and find that certain one. As "we" couldn't make our minds up we left the store but were told to go back at anytime to try any of the beds. So after a couple of weeks and several other stores we went back to the Burton branch~ we were immediately greeted by the same staff, who had remembered us, in a positive way I think!! and once again offered drinks and free range of the shop ~ only this time "we" knew what we wanted ~the very first bed I liked! (but as my Husband at the time of the first visit was wearing his work clothes wouldn't lie on the bed but as soon as he lay on the bed today said he liked it as well!) We were so impressed with the wonderful service we have received on both visits, and won't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Tom, the store assistant was very helpful, approachable and came across as knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and made us feel welcome and relaxed. The store layout was clear and straightforward which made browsing easy.

Upon entering the store we were welcomed with a very friendly 'good morning', we immediately felt welcomed. Leanne was extremely friendly and professional. She offered us a hot drink whilst we looked around (which we took her up on, very nice). We were given very good advise specific to our needs and given space to think by ourselves. At no point did we feel pressured to spend more money that we had gone in wanting to spend. The whole shopping experience could not have been more pleasant. We would definitely go back to that specific store again and recommend any friend to do the same.

Karl looked after us very well he knew his products and was very helpful. He took time at ordering to make sure we understood everything.

Every time I have visited the store in Burton it has always been a pleasure to look around without being hassled by the staff emedently as you walk in the shop , then they always ask if they can be of any assistance and when they do assist they are so knowledgeable and friendly even offering us a drink, there is no pressure from them which is wonderful theses days

Immediate response to our arrival, and understanding of our needs for a mattress. Introduced to the "testing" machine, which was very novel, and then given a list of potential mattresses which met the criteria of this test. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff, who displayed patience through our selection process. Nothing was too much trouble. The product selection on offer was extremely wide, though we were limited by our budget. Cashout was easy and all aspects of the sale and requirements were fully explained, and a hot drink was offered on more than one occasion through the process. We had been recommended Dreams by a friend, and we were not disappointed.
