We were able to take our time in choosing the mattress with help and advice from your store assistant.

We went into the store looking for a sofabed and quickly and easily found what we were looking for

We were greeted on arrival by Carl (I think that's his name) then left alone to browse (which we liked, not like other places we've been and sales staff approach you instantly trying to push for a sale) We soon needed some advice about the products we liked and were pleasantly approached by a lovely women called Jo. She was very attentive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble for her (even if we did have her walking round the store 20/30 times trying out and measuring what suited us best) with Jo's help we managed to finally decide on the items we were purchasing. Completing the sale and finace apllication which was simple and we were offered a hot drink which made us feel comfortable (once all of our payment options were explained, as well as the assembly of new and collection/disposal of old furniture services available.) with the help of Leanne, who was also pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. Tom the other chap working that day also did that bit extra when helping us order in the correct fitted sheet even though they weren't available at this time. The entire team working on the day of our visit are a credit to the company!

Me and my partner was very happy with No the sales assistant. She didn't hassle us but at the same time was close by to answer all our questions. She wasn't pushy with the sale and helped us come to a decision. Her knowledge of the beds and mattresses was very good, she also helped us with the bed sleep system thing, which we thought was a very good idea. We would highly recommend

The staff were very helpful but also left us only to try bed at our own leisure and only came over when asked so didn't feel pressured

The assistant was attentive, knowledgable, friendl approachable but not intrusive. He was a very good ambassador for your products. He also had the right amount of humour and reciprocated to ours. The products are always good value and quality, this is our third purchase from Dreams and we would not return if we were less than completely satisfied.

We attended the Burton Upon Trent store twice over the Christmas period. On both occasions the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Jo was very helpful and gave us time to consider our decision. She took time to understand our needs and made recommendations based upon that.
