We were amiably approached by Jo Green at the Burton-Upon-Trent branch. She showed a great deal of product knowledge, experience, and consideration to our specific needs, even allowing us to experience the motion sensor machine (forget the name). We went away to have a think and on returning she again helped us to the point of a very professional and reassuring purchase. Thank you Jo

I was highly satisfied for two reasons; the first one being the staff member who served me, Bradey. Extremely helpful and friendly without being pushy. And very knowledgeable. The second reason was I was surprised by the prices, did think I would be paying a lot more.

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store and given help to find what we were looking for. We used the bed machine to assist with what would suit our needs and the colleague stayed with us and showed us to each option. She was really helpful, even brought us two pillows to use to test out the beds and offered us a cup of tea or coffee. Wonderful service, it really makes purchasing such a high ticket item worth the trip.

We found a mattress which we wanted - similar to the one we bought from Dreams a few years ago. Also the pillows which came with the mattress were a nice surprise. Looking forward to the delivery. Excellent service in the shop. There was only one place that we intended to buy our mattress from and that was Dreams.

The assistant suggested us using the mattress machine which tells you which mattress is best for us which was really useful and helped us test the mattresses which best suited our needs. The gentleman was very helpful but not pushy.

The person made every effort to arrange a quick delivery as the order was as a result of a medical problem and was so helpful. He made a difficult day so much easier.
