Ryan was extremely helpful kind and friendly from the minute I stepped into the shop. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Colleague Julia was also very professional and helpful. I was well satisfied when I left the shop.

It's the 1st time at dreams. And we were most impressed. The gentleman that served us was so helpfull. Nothing wS 2 much trouble. And the information about the products .was first class. Will deferential recomend dreams to our friends. And go back again.

We felt we were listened to and were given good advice. Picking a mattress may seem trivial but back neck and shoulder ache had made sleep and daily life a real problem for me. After putting up with it for years and getting physiotherapy too I had to sort out the mattress as the next step to ending the pain. Using the information about the right mattress for us gave us clarity and confirmed the research we had done beforehand. If we had been ignored as we browsed we would have probably have left without finding out more. However the assistant was very helpful without being overbearing, he gave us guidance then left us to explore then told us more when we needed it. We were relieved it wasn’t a hard sell just good advice.

Loved the fact that you can be measured for a bed and given options as to which would be suitable afterwards.

Both colleagues that dealt with us were very knowledgable and keen to find the right mattress for us. Quick and straight to the point. Friendly and polite and understandable.

From the moment we entered we were given excellent customer service from Nathan at the bury st edmunds store. He was friendly, efficient very knowledgeable giving us a variety of options that would suit us. We were not rushed , offered refreshments as spent a while in store but were not given the hard sell. Other staff were also courteous and lots of evidence of extra covid hygiene were constantly taking place. We returned the following day to place the order and as we were buying several products Nathan had already prepared our order to save our time which just needed reviewing and payment made. Overall Nathan should be commended for his customer service.

Our assistant Julia was very friendly and give us time to look by ourself and was there when needed. A very friendly helpful lady.

Very happy with the service we received from Ryan at the Bury St Edmunds store. Took our needs into account and was very friendly and informative. We used the sleep match machine and this alongside Ryan's assistance helped us choose the correct mattress.
