Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

Was quick and easy. I knew what I wanted. Ryan was extremely helpful he knew what he was talking about and was not pushy at all, let me make my own mind up.

Ryan v helpful, showed me several beds.he did not push for sale or recommend the most expensive.He was calm, had a good manner.

The assistant - Julie - was very helpful and knowledgeable. We liked the sleep assessment machine and the 40 night comfort policy was the winner.

The store is laid out very well. Julie came over to discuss what we were looking for and was very friendly and efficient.

Nathan was very helpful and had great knowledge of the products and gave us lots of time to select the mattress for us both.....all with no pressure....would use Dreams again

Representative gave us useful advice including use of the machine that suggests appropriate mattresses, gave us time to discuss our decision without pressuring us. Order process was straightforward and didn't feel like a hard sell.

Very helpfully Ryan at the bury st Edmunds store explained very thing in a way you can understand it witch is a big plus and didn’t try to push you into buying like some salesmen do just to get a sale and got a cup of tea happy days

Julia was amazing. From the moment we walked in she was so kind and friendly. We had been putting off a visit as we thought we would be pounced on by someone trying to sell us things we didn't need. How wrong were we! Julia set out to find out from us exactly what we were looking for and matched mattresses to our needs. She was very knowledgeable on all of the mattresses and there was no sales talk at all - just talking about us and what we wanted and what we needed. Julia got to know us over the hour or so we were in the store and we got to know her and it felt like we were buying from a friend who was making sure we got what we needed and at a good price. I must admit I didn't have high hopes before walking in the store but the service was outstanding and I haven't stopped telling friends and family to go and to also try out the sleep match machine.

The lady in the shop was super friendly and helpful without being pushy. She encouraged us to use the special bed to see which level of firmness we should be looking for and then pointed us to where those mattresses were.
