Nathan was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - he really knows a lot about the products and helped us to easily pick the bed that was right for us. I will definitely recommend Dreams (and Nathan!) if any of my friends or family need a new bed or mattress.

We found what we were looking for easily

The assistant at the store was very helpful, and directed us towards the Sleep Centre in order to understand our requirements. This was informative for us and clarified what we had thought initially. We were then taken around the store according to the results from the Sleep Centre and tested several mattresses before selecting (hopefully) the right mattress for us. It was helpful to know that we have 40 days to trial the mattress and exchange if necessary.

Was a very clean and pleasant atmosphere ,friendly and had time for you without feeling pressured .Lovely cup of lattee :)

The assistant Nathan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product we were purchasing and gave us lots of information to recomend the purchase.

We were immediately greeted when we entered the shop and it was suggested that we would be helped in our choice by using the test system in store.This helped enormously and cut the best options down to 5,making the eventual choice easy

I had previously visited the Store and spoke to Julia, who was very friendly and patient, because I liked 3-4 different beds. I returned to the Store, but Julia wasn't working. So I returned the following day and found Julia available. She quickly went through every, including Finance and the whole process took about 30 minutes. Excellent Service

Very polite staff, Nathan was very helpful, made a nice cup of tea. Explained about the different types of mattress. Did not feel pressured into buying one mattress. Tried out at least 7 and within our budget
