Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

We were particularly impressed with the customer service received from Julie, who was absolutely brilliant. I have bought mattresses from Bury St Edmunds and Bromley stores before, been entirely satisfied, hence our return. All three staff were brilliant and clearly worked as a team. We were interested in a king size mattress the same as the double we bought previously. It's the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on, despite being six times cheaper than one I purchased from John Lewis. Julie helped us initially choose a 'like' mattress then we were assessed for our perfect mattress on the computerised bed. When we tried it we simply had to have it. Julie explained everything clearly and was very patient with us. Her colleague was brilliant, entertaining our seven year old son. We ended up spending twice what we wanted to but loved the experience and are so looking forward to delivery. I would always choose Dreams first as their customer service is fantastic and so much better than others. We had a dreadful experience with Feather & Black earlier in the year and came to Dreams to replace a mattress bought in April 19 that we will dump!!!! Should have gone to dreams first.

We were highly satisfied with the service we received as our requirements were listened to and efficiently addressed without any undue pressure to buy the most expensive option. The "Sleep match" really helped to highlight our requirements.

Attended to us very promptly but without being pushy, seemed to know exactly what we were looking and gave us adequate time to decide.

Friendly greeting as we entered the shop. Were not insistently bombarded by staff and left to browse for a while just to get a idea what we were looking for. A member of staff then came over to make shore we were okay and if we needed any help, we said we did and he was very helpful in deed.

Nathan was very friendly, full of knowledge & was happy to carry on even when we knew the store should be closed 😊
