We was greeted by a member of staff straight away and then spoke to Ryan after a little look around. He was a great help , giving advice on mattresses that suited us, he was very patient while we made our choice.

in and out with a vacuum packed matress in about 10 minutes which was great as we were in a hurry

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and asked if we needed any assistance. We explained why we were there and a sleep advisor came over almost immediately. We told him what we were looking for and he went straight to the mattress that he thought was most suitable for us after listening to our needs. We both tried the mattress and placed the order. Th e whole process took less than half an hour.

We received good service from the store colleague with good product knowledge which made the choice to purchase the right mattress easy

Staff was helpful and friendly. What me and my husband like is people not to be so pushy for us to buy items that we dont intend to buy, the employees at this dreams was good at that because they were helpful when needed and left us alone when we was making a decision!
