Nothing was to much trouble, was polite, funny and made the chore of getting a new mattress less painful and time consuming. Def knows her stuff

Went in looking for a particular mattress . This was comfortable but because of the very helpful advice /info offered actually purchased an alternative mattress. Buying for someone with back issues so appreciated the info given and alternatives shown. Completion of purchase/explanation of after sales service very thorough

Julia the assistant who served us was both patient and honest while dealing with us. At no point did we feel pressured into making a purchase while in the shop, even though the shop was busy and you have a rival store next door. She spent enough time finding out what we wanted and didn't steer us towards the most expensive items once she had found our requirements out. It must be very frustrating spending alot of time with customers only to miss out on a sale because the customers want to look online or at a rival to save a few pounds but this frustration never came through. Very professional service and advice under such pressure. Overall I probably could of shopped around more but due to your level of service I imagine I would have just ended up back where I started. I hope you can pass this feedback on to her. Thankyou
