Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

My wife and I have been looking for a bed for around five months.. last week we went to the bury at Edmunds store and meet your very own Santa (Nathan) he gave us lots of information regarding the mattress and the differences.. we did use the sleep match in the Cambridge store a few months before but we was still unsure to what we wanted and felt overwhelmed but the lady who served us.. Nathan was so helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful 😁 if was very patient with my wife’s questions..he help us to make the mattress selection.. we know which frame we wanted.. Nathan offered us a hot drink as we sat down to place the order.. Nathan took us through step buy step and made us feel at ease, he explained how useful the protection coverage was so we ended up getting it on the bed frame and mattress.. it was very busy in the shop (it was the Saturday after Christmas) I would say that another till terminal would help the sales team.. as there was people waiting to place there order.. lucky for us we didn’t have to wait.. Nathan is a credit to your company

The sales team were very knowledgeable and took time to understand my needs and did not try to hard sell any of the beds but gave me time to choose the right product.

All the staff at the Bury St Edmunds store were friendly and welcoming and showed a good knowledge of products.

DURING MY VISIT TO YOUR STORE I CHATTED TO ALL THE STAFF. JULIE WAS THE SALES ASSISTANCE THAT HELPED ME. I FELT AT EASE WITH MY VISIT TO ORDER A MATTRESS. IT WAS SO FRIENDLY THE STORE STAFF I WAS SAD TO LEAVE AFTER PLACING MY ORDER. WHEN NEEDED I WILL RETURN.

The assistant was very tentative. Gave us and showed us many options which were suited to us!

The assistant measured how much help we needed absolutely correctly. He was not pushy but provided us with information as and when we needed it and was very informative and listened to our needs.
