Just found the customer service very good

We had no idea what we were looking for when we walked in store. It had been over ten years since we last bought a bed. Lewis the store manager we really helpful but not at all pushy. He guided us through everything in just the right amount of detail to help us come to a decision. Whilst our purchase was over our original budget we felt we walked away safe in the knowledge we had bought the perfect bed for us and we had plenty of options within our price range so at no point did we feel any pressure from lewis to purchase anything outside of it. The store was well laid out and tidy and whilst it’s small it still had plenty of choice and thankfully the frames we had looked at online were available to view on store. We couldn’t have asked for any more really. Lewis even offered up military discount without us having asked for it once he discovered my husband is serving, he told us about the price match for the January sales and was very open about all the extras we agreed on! We would 100% go back to that store again.

Nice friendly staff that were efficient

Went in to store and assistant was attentive and when she new my circumstances we decided what to purchase all within 10 minutes

We were seen quickly by a friendly staff member, offered a drink and help and advice, not at all pushy but extremely helpful, could not have asked for more.

The assistant who dealt with us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful which made our shopping experience at Dreams very easy.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming but not overpowering as some shops can be. We tried out the new bed match technology which was on offer and we were suitably impressed. Our sales person Julie was top notch and made the whole process a doddle, we had a good laugh which made what could have been a mundane task a fun one. Well done to all the team, wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

We were greeted by a sales person who was clearly knowledgeable in regards to the products. Sales techniques were not in the slightest bit pushy nor did you feel pressured to buy. Friendly & welcoming (even though we made our purchase as the store was about to close)

Found the staff generally loved there job and explained everything very well and made my time quick and easy
