We got exactly what we wanted, in budget and it wasn’t as expensive as we thought it would be

The main chap I spoke with, Nathan Smith was fantastic. A fun guy who made looking at the mattresses we wanted easy to understand and try out. Walked us through the whole process and explained everything fantastically. The other sales guys were fantastic to, and make a great cup of tea.

We entered the store in Bury and within a couple of minutes we were asked if we needed help. We used the mattress matching system while Ryan watched/supervised our children. The system recommended a specific mattress to which we tried and instantly agreed was the one for us, we tried all the others on the list but the first one was the one.

Very helpful and friendly staff, explained all deals and discount available openly without having to ask for them.

The salesman was extremely helpfull and knowledgeable about the company's products, wasn't pushy and nothing was to much trouble. Altogether a very enjoyable experience from the moment we walked through the door till completing our purchase.

We came to dreams looking for a new mattress for our 4 year old son. The store assistant was extremely helpful and had a lot of product knowledge. She made our visit a pleasant one with our bouncy 4 year. With her help we were able to select a mattress within our budget and that suited our sons needs. Based on our experience we will be returning when we replace our bed next year.

We were met as we entered the store by Lewis (I think that was he name) he was able to answer any/all our questions, we are not able to answer your Questions regarding the product until we have used the bed for time.
