We were greeted by Ryan at the Bury st Edmunds branch. Having been dissatisfied with their next door rivals. Immediately Ryan gave us confidence that he knew what he was talking about. He picked out a few beds to try out explaining their advantages. We finally decided on the one we liked & everything was completed very professionally & quickly.

The friendliness and knowledge of the staff, I liked the technology - the bed-match thing was interesting.

Ryan was a great help to me, had excellent product knowledge, service was great, a real asset to the Bury St Edmunds store

Ryan was polite and knowledgable but most importantly not pushy, he let us look around first.

The first thing we tried was the machine to decide the correct bed for my Wife and I and then shown the required beds.

Julia was very friendly, very knowledgeable about the products and understood our needs.

was shown the bed tester machine which we laid on and it selected the best beds for our needs. This helped by us only looking at what was suitable and not having to spend hours checking lots of beds. The man that helped us was very knowledgeable and showed us around but wasnt over bearing.
