Friendly, professional service

I didnt even intend to purchase anything on the day I visited the store. However, after speaking with a sales rep who spent considerable time speaking with me about what I was looking for, she made significant effort to find a product at a great price tailored to my needs. She even made me and my partner a cup of tea and coffee. Fantastic customer service

We found exactly what we wanted and the transaction was quick and smooth. It didn't feel like the salesman was too aggressive or trying to pitch us.

Myself and my mum went in to look at a new bed for myself. The first day, we just waned to see what was about as I wasn’t sure what I wanted. A really lovely lady called Julia at the Bury St Edmunds store was extremely helpful, friendly and so kind to us. She offered to make us both a drink and she spent time listening to us and helping us decide. We went away to think about it all and then decided to go back the next day (Julia said she would be there if we needed anything). The next day, we went in and she was there and didn’t have a customer luckily! We were thrilled that she was able to help us as she had been so lovely the day before. She asked us if we wanted a drink and again made a delicious coffee for us. After a while, I decided on the bed, colour, mattress , pillows etc that I wanted - Julia was so patient and she was so helpful! I am now excited to receive my new bed! Thanks so much Julia 😊

Used the bed test which greatly assisted which mattresses to test. Great innovation and certainly helped in our decision.

Could not fault the staff, excellent choice of products at good price, very friendly and knowledgeable even offered a drink while we ordered. Fast delivery time everything we needed without any hassle.
