Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

Lovely accommodating staff with great knowledge. Took the time to listen to my request and not just a "sale" in mind.

As I am disabled and have to use a mobility scooter, Julie, who looked after us at the store was very helpful! Especially when trying to get in and out of the lift!

Nathan at the Bury St Edmunds store was very informative and helpful. We were able to try out any of the products we were interested in. We have not yet received the mattress we ordered but delivery is due in a couple of weeks which is very acceptable.

When we got to the store we were left alone to look a round then we meet Julia who help us with the sleep machine. When we got the results we tried four mattresses and the second one was the one for us then we found a base and Julia got us the quotes and we decided to go away and talk about it over the weekend so on Monday I went back to store and placed an order with Julia who was very nice and helpful. It was lovely not to be jumped on the minute you walked in the door

Julia had great product knowledge and listened to my requirements. Used sleep match machine to ensure I choose the correct mattress.

I don’t like pushy people and I felt like I wasn’t pressured to buying anything

Someone was able to assist straight away when I walked through the door, they showed me a similar bed that I saw on line, friendly service would definitely visit again

I Was very satisfied of the professional service and value their customer i was very impressed of the service of Dreams and saleman Ryan. Happy how to work our needs for the bed matress and bed we should go for for our needs . I would come back again with no problem at all.

The bloke who helped us (Sorry we can't remember his name) was lovely. Right from the start he was polite and friendly. He used our names, but not to access, had a good sense of humour and didn't push us towards the most expensive bed of the 3 that we were considering. When we went over and sat with him arranging the same and delivery he was very polite and took us through the steps in a very professional manner

We were served by Lewis who was extremely helpful and thorough in assisting myself and partner in deciding on our purchase.
