Julia was very pleasant and extremely helpful. She made us feel valued and interested in selecting the right mattress for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured. The delivery men were very pleasant and helpful, again nothing too much trouble.

Upon entering the store we were given a friendly welcome. We knew before arriving what it was we wanted for our bed and mattress. Julia then proceeded to show us the items we were interested in and also made us aware of other similar products to ensure we made the correct choice for us. She even offered us beverages which we appreciated. Once trying out various beds and mattresses we came to a decision, not only did we leave with a bed and mattress we loved (pending delivery) but we also ordered a chest to match our bed which we believe will truly finish off our bedroom. The chest was something Julia brought to our attention as we did not come across it online. All staff at your Bury St Edmunds branch were friendly, warm and welcoming.

The staff at the Bury St. Edmunds store were really helpful, knowledgeable and catered to my every need. Everything I wanted was available and the delivery was at my convenience. It wasn't cheap, but I am very happy with my purchase. If you want good stuff you have to pay for it, you can get cheap rubbish anywhere.
