I only went in to check the prices! The sales assistant was extreamly helpful and showed me the products l needed. With the sale on l was able to replace pillows and matress cover inside the budget. My old mattress is also a Dreams product so you must be doing something right. The sales assistant was realy helpfull and friendly and knew all the product details. Excellent. She probably knew the names of the sheep that had provided the wool but l forgot to ask her. 🐑🐑

We were made to feel very welcome. The store assistant helped us to find the right mattress for us by letting us use this special mattress that was linked to a computer. This was very interesting and fun. Then spent a while going through all the different types of mattress and letting us try them till we made our minds up The staff were friendly and I will definitely come back when in need of a new mattress

Very helpful sales-assistant 'Julie', at your Bury St. Edmunds store. She listened to our requirements, as we were looking for twin-beds and mattresses for our two grandchildren in a spare bedroom for occasional use. She explained all the options to us, we told her what our budget was; as we are pensioners. And we were very pleased with her product knowledge, she explained our different options accurately. So, we were able to place our order on that day. When it came to delivery, we received firstly a text message on the given delivery date, then not one but two telephone calls to confirm that it was still OK to deliver and that it would be be between a two-hour slot. Two delivery men arrived, called 'Steven' and 'Tomasz' and efficiently carried the beds and mattresses upstairs for us. They were very helpful and polite.

I found the store easy and pleasurable to walk around, staff were available to talk t when I needed help.

Lewis was very helpful, went to buy a headboard for the adjustable bed we brought a few weeks back from you. We are having trouble with Furmanac which Lewis is dealing with
