Julie who assisted us was very helpful and friendly. We used the new Sleep Works system which helped identify a suitable mattress and firmness for our sleeping positions. We were allowed plenty of time to try (and try and try again) many of the mattresses and didn’t feel at all pressured or rushed.

The sales person was very interested in what my options were and my budget. She explained in detail what my options were for the budget I had and advised me accordingly.

The product I initially wanted was not available. I was offered an equivalent alternative with the offer of an exchange if I was I satisfied.

Ryan was very patient, did not try to push a sale on us and took time to understand what we were looking for. He is very knowledgeable and even when we made a significant change, maintained excellent customer service.

Because we got the service we needed

Lots of assistance and help. They spent a lot of time with us and allowed us to try out as many mattresses as possible. And the helped us to make a decision and gave us enough time to do so and think about it.

My daughter and I were browsing in the shop in need of a bed and two mattresses. When we decided what was right for us, Julie was extremely helpful by exploring every payment option there was, while she was busy sorting out our order she very kindly provided us with refreshments and sweets that went down a right treat with my daughter. The next day when we went in to make the purchase, Julie was not there unfortunately but her work colleague Nathan was. He very quickly was able to pick up from where Julie had left off, they were both friendly and funny people and that made the experience a pleasure!
