Julia was very helpful in what we was looking for she was not pushy at all explained everything easily for us and answered all questions we had she is a great asset to your team

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by Nathan, who was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I found the computerised test helpful in making my choice but also apprecciated Nathan's understanding of the products and his patience as I was given time to reach my decision without feeling pressurised or rushed. The attention to detail was excellent.

The assistant Nathan was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive an there was no hard sell.

I am not the easiest of persons to deal with but Julia was great gave me all the help I needed and was very patient

Lewis at the Bury St Edmund's store was brilliant. He helped us figure out what we needed, we had a go on the diagnostic bed and then he talked us through the recommendations, then most importantly he let us be while we decided what we were going to purchase. He has a lovely manor and was super knowledgeable. We really enjoyed being served by Lewis and will recommend him to our family and friends.

Lewis and Nathan (Two visits) were very patient and didn't put any pressure on us to buy things that were more costly.

I had to exchange an item. I had not come in with my paper work so this issue took time to resolve. The assistant was positive the problem could be solved and he did indeed manage to exchange the item. I was very impressed by the knowledge of all I spoke to on Saturday morning to resolve the problem

Julie at Bury St. Edmunds spent time understanding exactly what I was after, checked availability for me, offered several alternatives and was generally very helpful and friendly. True to say I didn't get exactly what I wanted but that was due to my time frame. Next time, I'll understand that I need a bigger lead up period.
