Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

My husband and I came into store browsing for a mattress. We ended up by much more than that without being forced into it. We were made to feel like truly valued customers straight away with such friendly and knowledgable service. Ryan helped us find the right mattress and showed us a few beds we liked. We couldn't have asked for a better salesman and service. Literally one of the best shopping experiences we have ever been on! We highly recommend both store and Ryan and we hope he is recognised for his efforts as he went well above and beyond to make us feel like celebritys!

Friendly service and very knowledgeable

Nathan the dreams colleague that helped us with our purchase was brilliant. He was highly helpful when it came to my mattress finding and especially with the machine that helped me choose. He seemed highly experienced and gave us a pleasant visit. We even had a couple of teas/coffees plus some sweets too.

Ryan listened to us, wasn’t pushy, understood what we wanted for our daughter. Nice manner and engaged with the kids.

Upon arrival at the store I had a browse around then a really nice lady called Julie came to assist me, she showed me a range of beds and she listened to what I wanted, we discussed divans and frames to get the bed option. I went away and had a think over coffee. When I returned I found the same lady and decided to place my order. Unfortunately the computers had crashed, we had a cup of tea and she did her upmost to try and get the computer working. Luckily I changed my mind and decided to go with a standard colour which then let the computer process an order. Julie was so nice whilst we waited, she had us in tears of laughter, such an asset to your team.

We went in, stated what we wanted and we were well advised through to purchase.
