Very efficient, friendly service.

Well what can i say, nathan in the bury st edmunds store was fantastic! So friendly and helpful and he offered us drinks and was so lovely. We are so delighted that we got everything we needed and more. We left the store completely happy and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to purchase a bed or accessories.

Upon entry to the store I was instantly greeted by Nathan who was warm and friendly. He instantly wanted to help and listened to what I wanted. He made sure I did the sleep test to ensure I was looking for the right mattress for me. Advised me of your ranges in store and was very knowledgable about the products. I decided to go away after the visit and look at a few other places but found myself realising I wasn’t given the same service so returned that same day and bought the 3 mattresses I wanted. I had a cup of coffee in store and nothing was too much trouble. Nathan knew his stuff and it was very refreshing.

Nathan spent all the time I was in the shop helping me and gave me pillow so that I would feel more comfortable lying on each mattress he explain how each mattress is made and a lot more advise

This our 2nd purchase from the Dreams store in Bury St Edmunds. Our first bed was a tempur and have now selected a new bed from the same store. We used the sleep machine, which helped. We were given time to browse and help when requested. Overall very happy

Julie at the Bury St Edmunds store was incredibly attentive to our needs and put in a lot of effort to ensure that we were buying the correct mattress to suit our needs. She made sure that we tried a range of mattresses of different price ranges and types which helped us to make an informed decision. She made sure that she didn't push us out of our price range but did inform us of why certain mattresses were more expensive.

The staff were all polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Julia in particular spent a lot of time assisting us and was very patient as we were indecisive!
