All staff were friendly, polite and very helpful.

I was very happy with every thing on the the day

As soon as we walked into the store we was greeted by a friendly assistant he told us if we needed help with anything not to hesitate to ask. He let us look around the store without pestering us and when we were ready to talk to him he was available to talk and was very helpful and knowledgable about the bed and mattress we picked. He offered me, my partner and my 2 children a drink and was very patient with us as I took a while to make my mind up what I wanted. Overall out experience was great and the assistant who helped us was amazing and can not recomend him enough.

Julie was very helpful and so we found the ideal mattress and bedframe (or at least we hope so as we have to sleep on it).

Me and my partner went in to find a new bed, as soon as we got in the Nathan from the Bury branch was stright on us and was seeing if we would like help. In our case we did to which he started telling us what we are looking for and if we had any requirements. He offered tea and coffee while we looked around and even gave us a go on the bed system which anylised the way we slept. He was very Knowledgeable, and he didnt try and sell us the more expensive ones it was all our choice and we like that. He was upbeat and very happy.,made us feel like at home. Nathan deserve a round of applause. Defferntly recommended him when going to the Bury branch.

The staff were very friendly and took the time to listen to our needs and find a solution for us. Their advice was very honest and fair Quick and easy to place order and lovely clean store

Was asked multiple times if we needed help from multiple staff members when we entered. We were made an excellent cup of tea by Nathan.

The members of staff were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave amazing service including patience with my young children and providing them with entertainment in form of colouring books and some refreshments for us all.
