The team (Ryan & Lewis) were superb. Really friendly and knowledgeable and nothing seemed too much trouble.

The shop assistant, whose name was Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went to great trouble to explain to us the different types of mattresses and didn't try to rush us into making a decision. Some sales people exert far too much pressure on customers, but Ryan didn't do this. I have walked out of many stores in the past because of over-zealous sales people, as a result of which they've lost a sale, but Ryan's calm and helpful approach allowed us to decide to make a purchase without feeling pressurised. First class customer service.

Nathan quickly came to ask if we needed assistance. Took us through the sleep analysis and found us the type of mattress that would suit us. Very good product knowledge and really friendly and helpful.

We recieved great and quick service from Lewis his knowledge of the bed we was after was fantastic he explained all about the product protection and general maintenance and advised accordingly to our needs

The lady called Julia was very welcoming with both me my wife & my 2 children explained things very thoroughly & was very polite,she showed us through several options as we were buying for my teenage son (who did"t want to be shopping at all) overall I was very happy with her and did not feel pressured to buy.

The whole procedure of choosing a new mattress was very easy

I found the whole experience of buying my bed completely satisfying. As we probably spend a third of our lives sleeping on our bed we have to know we have the best bed for our needs. And I definitely feel with all the help and advice given to me by Julia I have made the right choice.

lovely friendly staff, Ryan was very knowledgeable,took his time with us, made us tea, and helped us find exactly the mattress and pillows we needed, my husband and i have back troubles. He ensured we left with the best mattress for our needs, great service.
