was helped as soon as we came into the store , mad us comfortable and even offered us a drink . We are now expecting delivery in two days time and waiting to try the comfort of the bed.

Julia was incredibly helpful finding a good balance between listening to our feedback and explaining what we were feeling and why. And also providing us with information about the products.

Julie who was the sales rep, was fantastic, knowledgable, helpful. Made us feel very welcome. She tolerated my 7 year old daughter. I only went in for a mattress I come out with 2 and a child bedroom suit..this is more because of the wife though. But julie was very reassuring to my emotions of having to spend several hundred pounds more than originally anticipated (laughs) my only regret was the lack of availability on daughters bed furniture. But julie chased us down in car park when we was leaving to bring issue to our attention of the supplier not having what was needed. And we would need to wait, this is not Julie's fault. So I'm very satisfied with her services. I just hope the delivery teams and supply line dont undo the satisfaction your customer facing staff work so hard to achieve.
