We were treated extremely well throughout our experience. We weren’t pushed for a sale, everything was explained, and the salesperson (Nathan) made us feel comfortable. Overall a very pleasant and reassuring experience, given this was our first time having to buy a mattress.

Very friendly, and knowledgeable member of staff (Julia Blake) who answered all our questions and organised suitable delivery date for the following week. She asked if there were any other items we needed. We were so impressed that we are already considering future purchases for another bedroom.
