Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

Very friendly ,helpfull lady who clearly knows the ins and outs of the bed worid.Was happy to spend a lot of time with us helping us decide.

Answered all questions asked, showed us all products in our price range, and was able to sort out quickly.

Very helpful friendly staff who were very knowledgeable about their products and never once did they attempt to push us towards the more expensive products. They where truly focused on finding the bed we would be most comfortable on

WE cannot express enough how good the staff were in the Bury St Edmunds store, Julia and Lewis are a great team. Lewis was very helpful he wasn't overpowering like some salesmen are, he had the balance just right. Julia was so nice although very professional. She was helpful, clear with the paperwork so we understood everything clearly. All in all a credit to the company.

Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. They offered us drinks if we wanted any. They let us take our time to try out a variety of products. The Showroom is very nicely presented. The Speed of the delivery was also very good

The lady (Julia) was so helpful answered any question I had nothing was too much trouble and she made a lovely cup of tea 😊

The sales lady Julie who helped us was very friendly and had lots of knowledge to help us choose the correct mattress for our needs . We were given pillows so we could lay on the beds to try them out . While trying out some mattresses we were given a coffee , nothing was too much trouble and we were given as much time as we needed to make our decision .
