Julia the sales assistant was most helpful to choose the right bedfor my severe disability with the help of the manager changing mattress around to make sure the height of the base was correct I cant thank them enought

We felt that Ryan knew all the products and so we were guided all the way through. He was so patient and helpful. We were there trying mattresses for nearly 2 hours!! But no pressure was felt. So professional.

The whole shopping experience was helped by the lady who served us. The memeber of staff offered us guidance and supported us in making a decision that we had been struggling to make.

Brilliant customer service

The salesman Nathan was friendly without being being pushy, listened carefully to our requirements, demonstrated various storage options and even offered me a cool touch pillow as I tested many of the beds in store. The Sleep Match was a unique and very comfortable experience which confirmed our thoughts that as a couple we have very different thoughts on the most comfortable mattress tension for each of us. We were offered drinks twice during our visit and Nathan and 2 other colleagues answered all our questions, they offered but we declined replacement bedding to fit our choice of bed. All in all a very enjoyable experience

They had the bed I was looking for and it was easy to try out. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They made every effort to help as I would be unable to lift and prepare my old mattress

The member of staff was helpful and allowed us plenty of time to consider our purchase. She happily discussed the pro's and cons of various options.

The gentleman that approached me was very friendly and polite, he helped me to my needs and has a great sense of humour.
