Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

Was greeted promptly and quickly taken to the bed frame I had seen online. Sales person was friendly and knowledgeable with no hard sales pressure. We were even offered a coffee whilst I ordered and paid

We were free to browse the store and when we had some questions we spoke with Ryan he was happy to help, and he quickly established that we wernt entirely sure what we were looking for, so he asked us to come over to the smart bed to measure us and give us a better idea of what we needed. We then worked through the shortlist and he was very decisive from what we said about each bed, and then helped us to review our thoughts. He was quite happy to leave us to have a think and try the two we liked, he made us a hot drink and went through the pros and cons of each and what each bed came with - pillows etc And when we had decided purchasing was easy everything was explained but at no point did we feel pressured to buy anything which was really nice

I was highly satisfied with my experience at dreams due to the fact that I quickly saw what I was looking for, at a cheaper price than I had found online. I was quickly assisted by a member of staff named Nathan. He was very friendly, gave me lots of information, and self the product well. Even when I did not make the purchase on the first visit he was encouraging that he would be available to assist on a later date. I am also very excited to receive my order, as it was a really good price on sale.

Ryan the assistant in the Bury St. Edmunds store was very friendly, knowledgeable and sales technique was delight, making us feel valued and catered to our individual needs. We are very pleased with high level of service we received. We purchased a bed and mattress, the sleep match experience was extremely helpful in finding the best mattress for us. The fast delivery time is very exciting, we are looking forward to having our new TV bed..

Found the shop to be very welcoming, with excellent knowledgable services. The all process was very efficient, we left the shop highly satisfied with the service we had received.

Julia was polite, friendly and kind. She offered good advice and we had a good giggle. Julia made us a cup of tea and we felt no pressure and the whole experience was fun and pleasant. Julia is lovely!
