JULIA was helpful and efficient and was able to help us in our choice, produdt was available in store and was carried to the car for us.

We were greated by Nathan at the Bury St Edmund's store when we entered and he helped us from start to finish. He explained the differences in the mattress options available with help on the quality vs price as well as which ones were in sale. He then made us a nice cup of tea while we were deciding which one to purchase. He then explained the finance options available and guided us through the sale process. He was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful throughout.

Good customer care and product knowledge

Walked in to look and was met by Ryan who found that I was looking for my Mum, he explained the options of the divans, mattress and headboards told me of the different colour choices and the total cost of each bed I was looking at. I was so impressed that I picked up my Mum and took her to meet Ryan who once again went through the options. We decided on two mattresses, two divans and one headboard. Ryan processed the order and went through it so Mum could understand, we got a deliver date and paid the money. We were just so pleased that Dreams dispose of the old units.

I spoke to all members of staff in your bury st Edmund's and they were all very friendly. To me the fact they were able to judge my character and join in with the banter i was trying to have was a great plus. The fact they are able to judge characters is a great plus. The time taken to place the order was efficient and the fact i got a nice mocha was great
