We were able to see the item that we were interested in(sofa bed)and test out how easy is was to operate, see all different materials and colours. Our order was taken payment made delivery date agreed and all in time for lunch

As a returning customer we expected good service and were not disappointed. We were given good advice and were able to select a bed base quite quickly.

The store associate Julie was very helpful. She has greeted us (two of us at the time). I have discussed with her what I was looking for. She gave me a tour of the facility and asking questions to best point me to the right product. She also pointed me to a mattress that will do a digital scan to see what I liked. Without a doubt, what I was looking for was indeed on that machine's list. Julie was joking with us, having a good customer to associate rapport and it has been positive. She never rushed us to a decision, understanding to my situation. Even though I didn't purchase the same day, as I have told her, she wasn't displeased about that choice of mine. She highly recommended it. Upon a week later to make the purchases, Ryan (oh my, I forgot his name). Helped me finalize the purchase and ensuring everything is documented well. Assuring my product will be delivered on time. I am highly satisfied with Dreams and their staff. Thank you for making my first time experience a memorable one.

I recently visited my local dreams store in bury st Edmunds, upon arriving in store I was greeted with a friendly smile and a hello. Nathan talked me through my options of purchasing a new mattress, with honesty and detail, I choose my mattress which I’m very pleased with. We were greeted when entering the store and asked if we needed assistance, when declined, we were offered a hot drink and instructed to call if we found that advice was needed after all, which we did, and were given good advice and explanations on all mattress types, It was so much easier to select a mattress after this. My wife and I found the whole experience extremely satisfactory>

Nathan was curtious, friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to choose what I wanted very quickly. The next day when I wished to change the colour of the products ordered (I had just seen that the new bedroom was painted a different colour to what I thought), I was able to do this immediately without changing my delivery date. A good service all round.
