I found the service offered friendly and informative without being pushy. The salesman had a good knowledge of the products available and explained delivery etc. In a helpful.way. It was a relaxed and confidence-giving experience and I am looking forward to enjoying the comfort of my new mattress!

Julie in the bury st edmunds store was fantastic. Not your normal sales person. Had a laugh and a joke and was extremely helpful but not pushy in the slightest. Listened to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect bed.... plus she makes a great cuppa!
