I visited your store in Bury St Edmunds. I was assisted almost immediately by Nathan. He knew the answers to all of my questions, took time to listen to my needs. He was helpful, considerate and efficient. He even made me a cup of coffee.

We spent over 2 1/2 hours over 2 visits trying to balance comfort with a budget we could afford. We are senior citizens with only so much of our pension we could allow for this purchase and arrived at our decision without undue pressure from the sales team. Although the item has yet to be delivered we know we have the 40 day comfort guarantee to fall back on should the mattress not be as comfortable as expected.

Nathaniel was friendly, knowledgeable and not over bearing in his sales manner which we appreciated. He didn't hurt us either and was patient.

We were dealt with by Lewis who took over from Julie. We purchased a bed from him before and his service and knowledge is excellent and that is the main reason we have returned to the same shop.

Excellent service. Was allowed to try all the mattresses before choosing. Sales representative was very knowledgeable and understood my needs. He was able to point me in the right direction and help me make a purchase. I love my new mattress!
