I had an idea of what I wanted from your excellent website. On visiting the store, i discussed this with Ryan who was most helpful. He guided me to the appropriate product to try, gave me advice on rating, and suggested a couple of alternatives for comparison. He also told me about current offers, delivery and recycling detail. The store was very clean and tidy with all products clearly labelled for price and features. All store staff were well presented and friendly, not overbearing, but always available to answer queries and to recommend according to my needs. I had no questions at the end of my visit. I was very impressed, thank you.
