Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

We were approached quickly by a very pleasant member of staff. He told us what we needed, and didn't rush us at all. He even took the time to entertain and talk to our young daughter while we were trying some mattresses. We had a fantastic experience thanks to your member of staff and have already recommended the store to some family and friends. We can't thank you enough, and will definitely be back!

We were met by a very polite man called Lewis, he asked us if we would like to try the computerised system where you lie on the bed and the computer program works out the best type of bed for your needs. He explained it all very thoroughly and after taking his advice we used the list provided from that program. Lewis stayed with us as we viewed/tested the beds and his knowledge was very impressive. We found a bed we liked and Lewis then took us back to the customer support team and we were handed into Nathans care. Again an extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful man. The store was spotless and hygiene was amazing. I have already recommended you store to my family and friends. I took a liking to your pillows but could not afford the £85.00 however I shall save until I can get two of them. Thank you Dreams for making the whole experience a dream. :))

Julie at Bury St Edmunds branch was brilliant, put both my wife and me at ease the moment we entered the branch. Also all the staff were vey considerate as I’m waiting for a lung transplant and they offered bottled water and made me at ease throughout the purchase.

From start to finish we were treated with respect and their main aim was to help us achieve our goal.

I knew what I was looking for and the budget I had to spend, but I had no idea about the type of mattress which would suit me best. Julia at the Bury St Edmunds store was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was given the opportunity to try out the sleepmatch programme, which was fantastic if a little strange. I felt safe and reassured by all the COVID measures and protocols in place. At no point did I feel pressured to go beyond my budget, or to make a purchase. I had a brilliant experience in store and would return at any point to make any future purchase.
