Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

I was the only customer in the store so was seen to straight away. I knew what I wanted before I had walked through the door so this made the purchase quicker than would normally have been expected.

We were seen straightaway by julia. She offered us a drink and was very helpful in finding the right mattress and understanding of my medical needs.

The assistant was extremely helpful, he was able to answer our queries. He informed us of different colours of our purchase, whether we needed extra storage with the product, whether there was anything else we needed. Delivery arrangements were explained to us straight forwardly. Overall a very good impression of shop and company.
