The help and knowledge of staff in the store was very good. Nathan, Ryan and Lewis were all very helpful, but we didn't feel pressured into buying.

We went in to view our options and purchased a tempur matress along with 2 tempur pillows. I am due to have a baby in 3 months and the sales man nathaniel was very understanding and there was no salesman presure. He got us coffee and was there when we wanted to ask a question. Sale done and delivery will be in 2 weeks.

Very knowledgeable service, friendly professional and listened to my needs. Made a confusing purchase an easier one.

Julia our sales assistant had excellent product knowledge , which she conveyed in a informative and interesting manner , she was also very patient ,as we took a long time to select the comfort of the chosen mattress ie meduim or soft

The assistant who helped me and took my order was nathaniel at the Bury St edmunds store. he was knowledgeable, listened to my needs, was sympathetic and patient. i was very pleased indeed that i was given his full attention and help in such a positive way. As soon as we walked through the door, the salesman greeted us and was very unique and funny in his approach. Not just “run of the mill” salesman. Was very knowledgeable and couldn’t be more helpful

We were searching for a memory foam mattress. The colleague came over and asked if we needed any assistance while we were testing one out. She told us about the one we were testing and also confidently answered my questions about how it compared with other mattresses of this type. My husband and I decided that this was the one for us and the colleague checked and they had one left to take home that day. The transaction went smoothly, we were even offered coffee and sweets while we waited! Very good service indeed. Information was given when we asked for it and there was no pressure.
