Lewis in the Bury St Edmunds store is a top banana he was very helpful and did pressure us in to anything which is the best way to be.give him a pay rise!

the item was easily available to take away on the day so there was no waiting for delivery which pleased us.

Ryan was very welcoming when we entered the store without being over friendly. We were asked what we were looking for and given some general guidance. We were then left alone to browse. Buying a mattress isn't an everyday decision as you know, but once we had a better understanding of what was available Ryan was very helpful in offering a choice of products in our price range. The mattress we chose was not immediately available but Ryan and a colleague consulted together and came up with an alternative. We left the store with a new mattress and our son and his wife came to stay at Christmas and found the bed very comfortable. Thank you.

Because the assistant Julie was very good at interpreting what we needed from our wants/needs. She was the difference between having a look in the store and coming away without purchasing and buying the bed we did

Great selection of products available in store. The store was well presented. Nathan in store was simply fantastic. He was knowledgeable and a brilliant customer service representative. He gave us all of the information we needed and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with what we were ordering. He took his time explaining all products in detail and was very friendly and professional.

We were approached by Julia who asked what type of mattress we were looking for then duly explained the colour codes we needed to look for. She also went above and beyond the call of duty fully explaining how the mattress was made, we spent 1.5 hours in the store which was definitely not wasted time, and our mattress is being delivered in time for Christmas. Julia even made us a cup of tea, which was very welcome. We had visited another supplier prior to our visit to Dreams where we looked at their mattresses and had to walk around to find an assistant and was then told there would be a five week wait for the mattress.
