Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

Nathan at our Bury St Edmunds store could not of been more polite and helpful. We have 2 well behaved children but trying out several different beds whilst you have to lay on them for a few minutes each could be quite boring for them. However the staff at the store were excellent, allowing the children to watch tv on the tv bed and try out the massaging bed etc. They went well above what I would expect most people would do and made our experience a very pleasant one. In fact I don't think the kids wanted to leave. We found a bed that suited our needs without any pushy sales tactics and were offered refreshments whilst we looked around. The sale took slightly longer than I would of liked but this is because I part financed the purchase which obviously takes longer. I cannot think of any areas in which the services could be improved.

Ryan was the outstanding salesman whom served me he plumped my pillows then made me coffee. A truly unique personal service highly recommended.

We were served by Lewis and his attention to detail and overall knowledge helped us to decide on which bed to purchase very quickly.

Julie and Ryan were very friendly, making myself feel very comfortable. They were able to have a joke with us and make the whole experience an enjoyable one.

We had shopped at this store before and been well pleased with the service. On this occasion we were met by Julia soon after entering the store and from then on she was very polite, extremely helpful, and most obliging. All of our questions were answered positively and overall we thought her attention to our needs were exemplary. We were served coffee by another member of staff during the placing of the order on her computer, and, some sweeties too! Delighted with the early delivery date. Overall a very good experience, and we will return when need for similar products. A special thank you to Julia.

We were welcomed as we entered the store, advised where the item we were looking to purchase was on display, and offered assistance if and when needed without being badgered.
