I knew what I wanted and was pleased that the store assistant listened and then presented me with a choice to meet my needs not one involving products not needed.

I went with my daughter to get her a bed and mattress, within 20 minutes we had seen what she liked and the bed etc was paid and ordered and I had a cup of coffee as well..... No buggering about.Julia the assistant was fantastic.

We were greeted by Ryan as soon as we entered the store and after ascertaining what we were looking for, explained the different options available. He then left us to have a look round and try out the beds, etc.

Quick easy friendly assistant very helpful

no messing, told the staff what was needed and away we went. Friendly,, quickly shown what was on offer and deal done.

I believe I've found a good new mattress, which was what I was looking to do this day.

Very satisfied with all aspects of service Ryan and his colleague were very helpful they offered me a tea or coffee etc. Made sure the product I was buying was right making sure I had i everything I needed then went ahead with my transaction, it was quick and straightforward very happy

Julia, the person that served us was on the ball as soon as we entered the shop. She made us welcomed, with a one to one service. She explained everything we wanted know. We had to turn the early delivery date down because of a hospital appointment. We were still happy with the date she gave us. We believe in giving praise where praise is due, and Julia well deserve our biggest praise. The other people in the shop serving were also very polite and jolly. We enjoyed our time in this shop, we will be back when we need to. THANK YOU from mr &mrs franklin
