My partner and I entered and was immediately assisted by Julie Moran she helped us understand each bed. I never knew there were so many types! She also understood that we were on a budget and helped us pick the right one within our budget. Great customer service and great experience!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by one of employees who looked after our every need, we were offered a hot drink and then I informed him what I was looking for in terms of what type of mattress and how much money I wanted to spend. He didn't try and sell me something I couldn't afford - very refreshing! I decided what I wanted, he took me to the desk and quickly but efficiently took me through the payment and delivery process. This was all done with a smile. He wanted to ensure I understood everything and I walked out knowing I'd made a great selection of mattress.

On entering the store we were approached by your dream colleague - Ryan. He was very friendly and offered us a drink whilst looking around. We discussed our options for what we were looking for. Ryan immediately explained the store, it’s layout, the meaning of the colour coding and invited us to try all the products on offer. This we did eventually coming to our choose of items. Service and customer care was excellent. A great experience in store. Will recommend to others.

Lady knew all answers and explained everything to me brilliantly . She could not have been any better than she was !

I went to Dreams just to look at the beds as we have just moved. I wanted two 2'6" beds. The Julia the lady that served me said that they do not do many beds that size. She looked up the metal beds and mattresses. She was very help. I purchased two and they should be delivered 3-4 weeks time.

Nathan helped us make our choice of mattress on the day. He had extensive product knowledge and was able to advise us on which mattress would be best for us, given the huge choice available. He spent just the right amount of time with us to allow us to make the decision - not too salesy, but not leaving us on our own for too long.

We arrived as the shop opened, were immediately offered refreshments, all mattresses relevant qualities were explained to us. Excellent service.

The store layout was easy to navigate, the staff were very helpful. Nathan dealt with our enquiry, he was excellent in helping us find what we wanted and processed our order efficiently.
