Polite and friendly staff. Available to help when I needed it. Sometimes in these sorts of situations they follow you round and I feel pressured but all the staff here allowed us to go round on our own but were on hand to answer any questions.

We were able to try the mattress, the staff were very helpful and entertained our 5yr old son whilst our order was done. A nice cup of tea too.

The staff where very friendly, Ryan at the Bury St Edmunds store was very knowledgable and talked us through the different types of mattresses and then let us try them without interruption. When purchasing the mattress we were offered drinks and the staff were very chatty and polite.

This was our second visit to to the store in search of a replacement for our old mattress. The entire team at Dreams in Bury St Edmunds were very friendly, knowledgable and we did not feel hurried in any way to make a decision. We were encouraged to try out the mattresses as much as we liked and were offered refreshment which was most welcome. Julie Moran and the rest of the staff present that day could not have been more helpful.

Went to the store to buy an ottoman bed, the assistant fully explained the different opening and lift system and the available beds in store and online. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, it was a pleasant and easy shopping experience. I would definitely go back to Dreams again.
