Dreams - Bury St Edmunds

The problem was nothing to do with the colleague - was simply system error. Colleague stayed behind after his shift had finished to complete our sale, and offered us extra drinks and obviously said sorry for the hold up.

The assistant was very good at her job but also understood that we didn't have much time and didn't wish to answer many question just wanted to buy a new bed and mattress

Staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable about there products and their customer service was absolutely exceptional. Ryan who served us was very patient as we knew what we were looking for. We were made to feel very welcome at this store in Bury St Edmunds and after having all products explained to us we felt that this would be the store to return to when the time is right to upgrade our beds and mattresses again.

Lewis was very knowledgeable about all the products, and helped guide us through all the different aspects of our purchase. This gave us confidence to purchase. We also visited a competitive store close by, and felt they did not provide the same quality of service, so returned to Dreams and made the purchase.
